Kuehne+Nagel, Casaideas expand logistics partnership in Chile
Kuehne+Nagel and Casaideas have expanded their logistics partnership in Chile to support growing e-commerce and retail operations.
Centralized and automated logistics
The partnership includes a 30,000 m² semi-automated distribution center dedicated to Casaideas. The facility consolidates logistics operations to improve efficiency and scalability.
Since launching in 2025, the center has handled 34.8 million inbound units and distributed 24.7 million products to more than 40 stores nationwide.
Supporting e-commerce growth
The operation also supports Casaideas’ online business. In 2025, it processed over 953,000 units and fulfilled nearly 190,000 customer orders.
Enhancing customer experience
Eduardo Razuck said the partnership focuses on automation, visibility, and flexibility to improve supply chain performance.
Cedric Moller added that the expansion will strengthen both physical and digital channels while improving service levels.
The move builds on a seven-year collaboration and supports Casaideas’ omnichannel growth strategy in Chile.
