Ocean Network Express launches Iberia Baltic Express service

Ocean Network Express has announced the launch of its new Iberia Baltic Express (IBX), aimed at strengthening connectivity between Portugal and the Baltic region.

The new service is expected to enhance schedule reliability and expand regional coverage, offering a direct link that supports more efficient cargo movement between Southern and Northern Europe.

The IBX service will operate on a weekly frequency, calling at Leixões, Lisbon, Southampton, Rotterdam, Gdańsk, Riga, Klaipėda, Gdynia, Bremerhaven, Rotterdam, before returning to Leixões.

The service is scheduled to begin in May 2026.

With the introduction of IBX, the company continues to expand its European network, providing customers with improved transit options and more reliable connections across key trade corridors.
